Our Policies



Refer to the dress code handout at the studio or the dress code below. 


It is very important to have your dancer in the proper attire for each class.  If they are not dressed properly, we will send home a “dress code violation” form stating why they were out of dress code so you can address it.  If it happens again, they may either have to sit out of class or we will give them the proper dance attire from our inventory and charge your account.  

No street clothes or shoes are to be worn in the dance room. Always be dressed and ready for class.  Hair should always be pulled back in a ponytail and away from your face.  

Acro: Leotard with soffee or spandex shorts (no tights required), & jazz shoes

Ballet: Black solid leotard with pink tights. Hair should be in a bun with hairpins and hair spray.  Pink split sole leather ballet shoes


Hip Hop: Any type of gym shorts or sweatpants and any type of top (no jeans please) and tennis shoes.


Jazz: Leotard with Soffee or spandex shorts and tights (no t-shirts) and jazz shoes


Contemporary: Same as Jazz attire with foot thongs or jazz shoes


Musical Theater: Same attire and shoes as Jazz class


Tap: Same as Jazz attire with tap shoes


Preschool Combo: Leotard (color/style of choice), pink or tan tights and pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes and a dance bag.  No dance costumes or fancy outfits.  Black or pink skirt optional.


Mommy & Me: Daughters: dance/gym outfit of choice & Mothers: anything you can dance and move in. Tap and ballet shoes optional for dancers.


Please make sure to have hair neatly groomed. All classes require that hair is pulled away from the face and off of the neck.


Complete the online registration through the All That Dance website or fill out the registration form at the studio.

A one time, non-refundable registration fee of $3, and $20 for siblings, is due at the time of registration.


Steady attendance is a requirement for success.  Failure to meet such requirements can lead to adjustment in a students class placement and level.

Students can only do a make up class if they miss 2 or more dance classes within one month (or 4 weeks time period).  The make up class will be scheduled if we can find an age appropriate class that has room for a make up student.


Parents are not allowed into the dance room.  Have your children ready for class with their shoes on and dance bags.

Pick up your dancer promptly at the end of their class.  Teachers can not be responsible for dancers after class time.

No gossip, obscene language or inappropriate conversations are tolerated by either parents or students.


Tuition is due at the beginning of each month.  A late fee of $10 will accrue if payment is not received by the 10th of each month.

Monthly tuition fees are calculated on a 9 month period (Sept.-May) and divided into equal payments.  Therefore all holiday breaks are already figured in so there are NO additional price cuts or prorates for tuition in months with holidays.

We accept cash, checks and credit cards.

Credit card payments must be made online through the parent portal with Jack Rabbit Dance.  You created a user name when you registered for classes.  Contact ATD if you need help logging into your account.


Monthly tuition payments are nonrefundable.  You are not financially committed to the entire year, but once the tuition is paid at

the first of the month, it cannot be refunded.


Students will not be allowed to attend class if their account is delinquent for more than 30 days.
