Registration

Registration can be completed online or in-person. 

Dance Registration Fees:
$35 registration fee
$20 registration fee per sibling

Acro Registration Fees:
$20 acro registration fee
$10 acro registration fee per sibling

Dance + Acro Registration Fees:

$50 Dance + Acro registration fee
$30 Registration fee per sibling

Tuition is due at the beginning of each month. A late fee of $10 will accrue if payment is not received by the 10th of each month. Monthly tuition fees are calculated on a 9-month period (Sept.-May) and divided into equal payments. Therefore all holiday breaks are already accounted for so there are NO additional price cuts or prorates for tuition in months with holidays.

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

**If you wish to drop a class, you must drop the class before the 1st of the next month to avoid incurring another tuition fee in the upcoming month.

Attendance

Steady attendance is a requirement for success. Failure to meet such requirements can lead to adjustment in a student's class placement and level. 

General Information

Parents are not allowed into the dance room. Have your children ready for class with their shoes on and dance bags in hand.
Pick up your dancer promptly at the end of their class. Teachers are not be responsible for dancers after class time.

No gossip, obscene language, or inappropriate conversations are tolerated by either parents or students.

Payments

Credit card payments must be made online through the parent portal with Jack Rabbit. You can log in with the username you created when you registered for classes. Contact ATD if you need help logging into your account.

Monthly tuition payments are non-refundable. You are not financially committed to the entire year, but once the tuition is paid at

the first of the month, it cannot be refunded.

Students will not be allowed to attend class if their account is past due for more than 30 days.

Make-up Classes

Aug-Dec:
Students can only do a make-up class if they miss 2 or more dance classes within a one month (or 4 weeks time period). The make-up class will be scheduled if we can find an age-appropriate class that has room for a make-up student.

Jan-Jun:
Make-up classes will no longer be offered due to classes starting their recital dances. For any extenuating circumstances, please speak with the front desk about what accommodations can be made.

Policies

Dress Code

In general, we require a leotard and tights (preferably tan) or other form-fitting attire and the appropriate dance shoes. Hair should either be in a bun, ponytail, or braid (no pigtails/twin braids). Dancers with short hair should still pull their hair back as much as possible (i.e. headbands, hair clips, etc.)

Please see below for more specifications regarding certain classes.

Ballet -
 Black leotard with pink tights and pink ballet shoes. Hair should be in a bun.


Modern/Lyrical/Contemporary - Must be barefoot or in foot undies.


Acro - Pink/tan tights required. Must be barefoot. No Leggings.


Tap - Tap shoes.


Jazz/Musical Theater - Jazz shoes.


Hip Hop - Any type of appropriate street wear or form-fitting clothing is acceptable. Jeans are not allowed. Please wear tennis shoes.

Hip Hop/Acro - Leotard, fitted shorts, and tennis shoes required. Tights and cover shirt/tank are optional. 

 

Preschool Combo - Leotard (color/style of choice), pink or tan tights, pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes, and a dance bag. No dance costumes or fancy outfits. Black or pink skirt optional.

 

Mommy & Me - Daughters: dance/gym outfit of choice & Mothers: anything you can dance and move in. Tap and ballet shoes are optional for dancers.
 

*Please put names and initials on all dance shoes. Either by writing directly on the shoes or on a piece of tape
 

Dress Code Violation Policy:
Dress code/hair violations will receive two warning slips before being required to purchase appropriate attire or hair supplies from the ATD store and change before re-entering the class.
